Cancellation policy
A tour canceled up to 48 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund, no matter what the reason. In all other cases, the deposit will not be refunded, unless there is persistent rain or extreme weather conditions (like snow). We are prepared for all types of weather and it is rare that we cancel a tour.
